Version 2026.02 — Laz.coach Connect
This Agreement is entered into by you ("the Coach") and Laz.coach Connect ("the Platform"), founded by Hufrey Merveil LA ZOUBE.
1. Scope of confidentiality
By accepting this NDA you agree that every piece of information you receive about a Client through Laz.coach Connect — including but not limited to identity, contact details, health, beliefs, family circumstances, finances, goals, struggles, and the content of any session — is Confidential Information that belongs to that Client.
2. Your obligations
- You will never share, sell, publish, or disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without the Client's express, prior, written consent.
- You will store Client information securely, using strong passwords, device encryption, and access limited to yourself.
- You will not record any session (audio, video, screenshot, transcript) without the Client's documented consent.
- You will delete Confidential Information that is no longer needed for the coaching relationship, and in any case within 90 days of the relationship ending, unless the Client requests otherwise.
- You will report a privacy incident (suspected breach, lost device, accidental disclosure) to Laz.coach Connect within 24 hours by emailing privacy@lazcoach.com.
3. Exceptions
You may disclose Confidential Information only when:
- The Client has given specific, informed, written consent.
- You are legally required by a Canadian court order or competent regulator.
- There is an imminent risk of serious harm to the Client or another person, in which case you will disclose only to the minimum extent necessary and notify the Client as soon as it is safe to do so.
4. Duration
Your confidentiality duty is perpetual — it survives the end of your relationship with the Client, the end of your use of Laz.coach Connect, and any change in your professional role.
5. Consequences
Breach of this NDA may result in:
- Immediate suspension and removal of your account.
- Loss of all platform earnings held in escrow.
- Civil liability under PIPEDA and applicable provincial law (including Québec Law 25).
6. Acknowledgement
By clicking "I accept", you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this NDA on the version date indicated. A cryptographic record of your acceptance (timestamp, IP, version) will be stored as evidence.
