Version 2026.02 — Laz.coach Connect
We believe coaching is a sacred act. The Platform exists to lift people up, never to harm them. Every member of this community agrees to the following commitments, which are inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the values of our founder, Hufrey Merveil LA ZOUBE.
1. Dignity of every person
We treat every member — coach, client, admin — with respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, faith tradition, social class, or political opinion. Discrimination of any kind is grounds for immediate removal.
2. Safety and non-harm
Coaches commit to operating within the boundaries of their competence. They will refer clients to qualified professionals (medical, mental-health, legal) when issues exceed coaching.
3. Informed consent
Clients always know what a service includes, what it costs, how their information is handled, and how to opt out. No surprise charges. No hidden recordings. No data resale.
4. Honest communication
No false promises of outcomes. No misleading credentials. Coaches list only certifications they actually hold.
5. Power awareness
Coaches recognise that they hold a position of influence and will never exploit a Client emotionally, financially, romantically, or spiritually.
6. Confidentiality
See the Confidentiality NDA. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.
7. Inclusive language
Posts, articles, and conversations on the Platform avoid slurs, dehumanising language, and content that erases or attacks the dignity of any group.
8. Restorative response to harm
When harm occurs — accidentally or intentionally — we prioritise listening to the harmed party, repair, and learning, before punishment. Repeat or severe harm always results in removal.
9. Accountability
The Platform's admin team reviews every flagged interaction and publishes an annual transparency report (verifications, removals, payouts, breaches).

By using Laz.coach Connect you agree to live by this Code. Together we cultivate a garden where humans rise into their full dignity.
