Version 2026.03 — LAZ Coach
We believe coaching is a sacred act — a practice that exists to lift people up, never to harm them. Working with LAZ Coach means agreeing to the following commitments, inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the values of our founder, Hufrey Merveil La Zoube.
1. Dignity of every person
We treat every client with respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, faith tradition, social class, or political opinion.
2. Safety and non-harm
We operate within the boundaries of coaching competence and will refer you to qualified professionals (medical, mental-health, legal) when an issue exceeds coaching.
3. Informed consent
You always know what a service includes, what it costs, how your information is handled, and how to opt out. No surprise charges. No hidden recordings. No data resale.
4. Honest communication
No false promises of outcomes. No misleading credentials.
5. Power awareness
As your coach, Hufrey recognises the position of influence held in this relationship and will never exploit a client emotionally, financially, romantically, or spiritually.
6. Confidentiality
See our Terms & Client Agreement — confidentiality is non-negotiable.
7. Restorative response to harm
Should harm occur — accidentally or intentionally — we prioritise listening, repair, and learning before punishment.
8. Acknowledgement
By working with LAZ Coach you agree to live by this Code. Together we cultivate a space where you can rise into your full potential.
